1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xbjee ("xbjee", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the xbjee platform at xbjee.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the xbjee platform. xbjee reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

xbjee operates under a valid gaming licence. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves financial risk, and xbjee strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and play responsibly.

2 Account Registration

To use the xbjee platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one xbjee account only. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify xbjee support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

xbjee reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts registered using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions may be closed without notice.

3 Deposits and Payments

xbjee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All deposit transactions on xbjee are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the xbjee cashier at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your xbjee account balance in real time in most cases.
• If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact xbjee support with your transaction reference number.
• xbjee does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or held for verification.

xbjee does not accept cash deposits, bank wire transfers from unverified sources, or payments from third-party accounts. All funds deposited into your xbjee account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on xbjee are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. xbjee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the platform.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: displayed in the xbjee cashier at time of request.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within a few hours during normal operating hours.
• Larger withdrawal amounts may require additional identity verification before processing.
• xbjee reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirement completion.

xbjee processes withdrawals in good faith and aims to complete all standard requests promptly. Delays caused by mobile banking provider processing times are outside xbjee's control. If a withdrawal has not arrived within 24 hours of approval, contact xbjee support with your withdrawal reference number.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

xbjee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the xbjee Bonus page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out here. Claiming a bonus on xbjee constitutes acceptance of all applicable bonus terms.

• The xbjee welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• The weekly reload bonus carries an 18x wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• Only one bonus may be active on your xbjee account at any given time.
• xbjee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

xbjee monitors bonus usage patterns across all accounts. Players found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers will have their bonuses voided and may be excluded from future promotions. The xbjee team makes final decisions on all bonus-related disputes.

6 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on xbjee are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. xbjee is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• All game outcomes on xbjee are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all major games are available on request from xbjee support.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, xbjee reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbjee platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on xbjee.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the xbjee platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the xbjee platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

xbjee reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification. xbjee will not return funds to accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violations.

Players who wish to close their own xbjee account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

9 Responsible Gaming

xbjee does not permit players who have self-excluded to re-register or access the platform during their exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion will result in permanent account closure.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbjee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from game outcomes, whether or not the player believes the outcome was incorrect.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

xbjee's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. Nothing in these Terms limits xbjee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

xbjee reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xbjee will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the xbjee platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
